The Brio is equipped with a powerful 5-inch convection fan that promotes unrivaled cyclonic convection circulation, resulting in fast, even, and extra-crispy cooking while remaining smokeless. You can set cook temperatures from 50°F to 425°F, adjustable in precise 5°F increments, and easily make adjustments on-the-fly during the cooking process using the intuitive digital controls.
